I don't see the option. Getting started with openssh in the section connect to openssh. Is there a way to make ssh output what macs, ciphers, and kexalgorithms that it supports?

But now for some reason it is giving me.
I could successfully ssh into my machine yesterday with the exact same credentials i am using today. For example, i have a private key i created with ssh in cygwin (id_rsa). The machine is running centos 6.3. What is interesting there is the line:

However, if i start something like top, the connection stays alive.
How do i get winscp to connect to an ssh server with a private key that i specify. I have a ssh connection to a machine which gets disconnected by that machine after 30 minutes of no user input. This variable sounds like what i am looking for, but it is not.
